Thesaret Labe

Theresaret Labe, just as the name of the band suggests, is a real treasure of the “Labëria” region and the entire Albania musical heritage.

Albania Polyphony is one of the most ancient forms of music in Europe – the story of which is the history of our people through millennia. The blend of voices Thesaret Labe brings in collaboration with the UK folk artist David Cummins is something unheard of before that truly makes justice to the rich history of the music.

The band, led by the historian Victor Aliu has won multiple international and local awards and ultimately aims to preserve the rich traditions of their regions through songs of ages and new originals.
